Brown's home is seen here covered with graffiti murals, which reportedly led to neighbors complaining to an LA city councilman before Chris was cited for 'unpermitted and excessive signage' on the property. The rapper, who has had a notorious on and off relationship with Rihanna, is said to be facing fines if he does not remove the art promptly.
